Talia Espresso West Jefferson

As a coffee snob, I was really impressed with the coffee here! I'm not from this side of the state but I wish we had one of these shops back home--I would go everyday. The shop is very cute and the coffee is really good. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing drive-thru coffee shop with very unique specialty. Flavors are great! This is the new establishment. Drive-thru only, it did take a very long time in the Drive-thru to get to order, But quick in making it. Minimal parking, and the drive-thru is a little wonky in navigating. Cinnabon latte was delicious with an extra shot of espresso.

The girls at the window were very unfriendly, unhelpful, and rolling their eyes. It’s as if they were judging us for not knowing what we wanted. As a fellow barista and five years in customer service. It is important to me to have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards customers. Coffee was pretty good though but service was not.

Stopped by the other day and had an excellent drink made by a young man with a fantastic attitude. He was super helpful and gave great suggestions, which made choosing from all the options much easier. There’s a lot to try, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

The West Jefferson site is always so friendly. I especially love seeing Sarah, she is always so nice and helpful. She’s a great asset to the West Jefferson’s team. Just wanted to give her a shout out.
