TAIGA RESTAURANT

Absolutely loved it here. We really splurged but the whole experience and attention to detail was worth it. From the silverware, to the plates, to the tablecloths, and the decorations, everything adds to the experience and everything is thought through. I’d highly recommend the pickled veggie starter and the tea set with candies and homemade jam. Overall a really great experience and the service was amazing.

This place makes you feel like you’re sitting in your grandmother’s kitchen. Excellent ambiance, and the doilies on the table were very nostalgic! The cocktails are expertly crafted. The food was incredible- we had the dumplings and the salmon potato cakes. I didn’t have any expectations, but they were vastly exceeded. The entire dining experience is really something special.

Lovely and cosy Russian restaurant. Friendly staff. We ordered the Siberian dumpling and lobster goat cheese pancakes - both are absolutely delicious and worth trying it.

Gorgeous restaurant, delicious locally/farmed sourced food, impeccable service. So warm, so beautiful, so stylish. Highly recommend! Great wine selection - kindzmarauli - deglaze - Georgian wine is my fav so as autumn old fashion cocktail. Food made with care - my salmon felt homemade!

Taiga is an absolute gem! Cozy and intimate, authentic down to every little detail. And when it comes to food, it’s real Russian soul food!❤️ Definitely was an unexpected find on this trip! Must visit when in Hudson!
