Tag Coffee

I spend a lot of money on specialty coffee. Their samples were really good.So I decided to give them a chance. I ordered this and I am still waiting for my coffee to arrive. Reached out and didn't particularly care too much for the way that they responded as someone who spends a couple of hundred dollars a month easily on specialty coffee.I don't know if I will be switching to them at least until they can get their processes better. I do fully understand a small business trying to build their brand but if you're going to be in this business, you have to do things that stick out. And not just have great coffee.You have to have great processes.And you have to have great customer service. They might have great coffee, but all the other things around it lack a lot. They make great coffee & accomplish their mission statement, thats more than I could ask from any roaster

This is a hidden gem! I asked the business owners if they could offer local pickup, and they texted me directly saying they'll now make it available! I picked up a bag of Guatemala coffee from a lockbox outside their office and it tastes AMAZING!! I've never had coffee taste so good before! Always get freshly roasted coffee, nothing else compares!

Great coffee, but a bought a new keurig and now the k cup doesn’t fit in it. 😞
