Tacos Tortas

The first thing I noticed was that the generator that was on the truck was extremely loud. I had to yell to give my order. Couldn’t really hear him that well either. I ordered a steak taco and chicken taco. Off presentation it didn’t look appealing. The chicken kinda looked like plain canned chicken. It had an ok flavor. The steak was super chewy. Definitely not something I want for a steak taco. The person seemed very sweet but personally won’t be coming back here. I’ve been to multiple taco trucks and I have high expectations. Sadly this one let me down. To note I did already take one or 2 bites out of each. The meat kept falling out of the tortilla crazy. Didn’t finish them tho.

I’m surprised this taco truck doesn’t have more reviews. food was pretty good for the money and price was reasonable. Owner seemed like a pretty nice guy and surprisingly he had free mini waters and mini cokes.

The guy we talked to was passionate about his food. He gave us some recommendations and it didn't disappoint. Personal favs were torta Cubana steak and carne asada burrito. Although it's a little more expensive than some average, the quality doesn't disappoint. Would recommend and I would definitely stop by in the future when I'm in the area

I just moved here after living in Dallas, TX for the last 2 years and have been looking for some good tacos. Dallas is home to some of the best authentic mexican food you can get. I’m a fiend for food trucks and I almost always read reviews of places before I buy. After reading the 1 star review I was a little skeptical, but still got it anyways cause a man has gotta eat. I paid $19 for a steak quesadilla and 2 steak tacos and I really enjoyed them both. The quesadilla was a little greasy, but that is expected and nothing some good ole napkins couldn’t fix. They both came with very good green/red sauces and were garnished with limes, cilantro, onions, radishes, etc. I personally preferred the tacos over the quesadilla, but they were still both very good. First timer, tried a ground beef taco and had a coke with it. The taco was excellent with really good flavor from the meat tomatoes lettuce and cheese. Garnished with a lime and slices of radish. The green taco sauce was a nice compliment to the taco. Will be back for more.
