Tacos El Tepozteco - Mexican Food Truck

1st time here tonight and have been craving a really good torta, especially since my recent visit to another restaurant wasnt all that great. This place has been on my spots to try and im glad i finally did!! The Birria torta was very delicious! I love that they use cabbage instead of lettuce, that makes all the difference in my opinion. My daughter got the Quesabirria plate and she loved it as well, was stuffed after 2 tacos. We will definitely be coming back here to try out more of their food.

My kids love the tacos and burritos. And they're parked at Stemma so it's a good match for our family. Would be 4 stars for quality and service but I'm dissapointed to pay for credit card processing and hot sauce. When I try to pay with cash to avoid the extra CC fee it seems like cash is an inconvenience to the cashier. They're now trying to add a $2 fee to my children's green sauce requests. As you can imagine my children do not consume that much hot sauce. These are already the most expensive truck tacos and burritos in town and now it's fees on fees on top.

A California Burrito the proper way! I asked to have the California burrito without rice, beans and lettuce (the proper way, I’m from San Diego) and be kind lady happily made me one. Perfect size (HUGE) and lots of meat. So so good.

Delicious menu of tacos, burritos and more that's super affordable and the perfect bite to eat! Love that they're located at Stemma; great atmosphere and it's awesome to grab a drink onsite if you're dining in. Plus, Alejandra and her crew are awesome and are efficient and friendly whenever we're ordering! This is by far the best food truck in Whatcom county. Consistently delicious food, friendly and kind staff, and the best quesabirria and nachos I've ever had. If you only have time for one restaurant in Bellingham choose Tacos El Tepozteco.
