Millet Bakery

Millet Bakery is exceptional! The products taste so good- especially the pita, hoagie rolls, dinner rolls, burger buns, pies, baguette, breads and muffins. Everything I’ve ordered/purchased has really been so tasty, reasonably priced, and well portioned. So often gluten free products are undersized, but the items at Millet are comparable to their gluten-filled counterparts (like their baguettes!). The sisters are so talented and passionate about what they are making! So happy we now have Millet Bakery in the community!

Seriously, a phenomenal bakery with wonderful owners as well! Everything is so tasty. It’s hard for me to grab a photo of most of my goodies because I end up eating everything so quickly!😂 Definitely recommend getting there early in order to get the best selection of choices.☺️

Highly recommend! I don't usually eat gluten-free, but have had their blueberry muffins - they are loaded with fruit & SO tender and flavorful I would never have guessed - and their cinnamon rolls are seriously to-die-for! Also, Chloe is the sweetest. I can't wait to try one of their beautiful baguettes.

Millet Bakery is a really quaint and needed addition to Bellingham. Me and my girlfriend have stopped by and had several pastries from here like the banana muffin and coffee cake. Everything has been good and comparable to any conventional pastry thanks to their unique GF flour blend. Will be back to try more :)

Literally just walked out the door, took a bite of my orange spiced danish, and within a few minutes- am here to say that that was the best gluten free pastry I’ve ever had. My excitement got the best of me- before I could snap a photo 🤣
