Outpost Eats Food Truck Samish

Have been here plenty of times and it's always a solid place to stop and get lunch after a ride (when it's there :P). Only downside is sometimes it's not haha Definitely recommend the quesadillas but everything seems pretty solid. Most people I go with rave about the loco moco though :)

The food at this food truck is amazing. I pulled up on a Friday afternoon and could smell the delicious food and hear the wok being plied expertly. I got the caramel pork and kimchi quesadilla and it was really really good. It wasn't busy but there were people getting their takeout orders the whole time I was there. There's an outdoor and indoor seating area in the building next to the food truck. I need to come back here when I'm hungrier and try more of their stuff!

Next to transition bikes, this place is the perfect spot to grab some food after a ride. Though if I'm being honest, I would drive out to Transition Bikes just to grab one these Pork Buns. The food here is incredible. I had the Carmel Pork Bun, Quesadillas, Green Thai chicken, Fried Rice, Loco Moco... All of it was exceptional.

We hired Outpost Eats to cater our wedding and it was a highlight of the day. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious (as usual) and we continue to get compliments on it. It’s worth noting that our wedding had just over 200 guests and there was more than enough food for everyone. They showed up early and timed their prepping perfectly to our schedule. Everything went exactly as planned, and Kari and Zach were so easy to work with from start to finish and are very good people. It’s hard to express how pleased we are with them in a short review but we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Randomly found this food truck up by Bellingham and WOW is it delicious. Pulled pork sandwich is packed with flavor, sauce, and just the right amount of spice with the pickled jalapenos. Also, the sandwich was packed with meat and fillings so you don't feel like you're actually getting value for your dollar. Highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat if you're near this food truck.
