Tacos El Goloso

When I saw that they had opened a Tacos El Goloso here in Signal Hill, I was super excited. I hadn't been to a Tacos El Goloso since before I retired from the LAPD years ago. So recently, I decided to treat my family to eat here... and they freaking loved it. I already knew that I was going to enjoy the food here, but to see them gleefully devour their meals with such gusto... it was a sight to see. The birria, in every form (tacos, fries, burritos), was delicious. The potato tacos were also pretty fire. And the aguas frescas were all super satisfying and delicious. We already can't wait to plan our next visit here.

First time trying food from here and its definitely great food. The prices are good and you get salsa and lemons to go with your order. Extremely Extremely satisfying meal. The tacos dorados de birria are my new go to. Located behind the Starbucks. Only one thing is recommended and thsts them placing a sign on the street so people can find them. Will be returning soon.

I have only gotten to-go orders here. On two separate occasions, I did not receive the guacamole sauce that I ordered. This time I got a side of rice & beans, they came COLD, like refrigerator cold & I only live down the street. The rice had hard clumps in it, I was barely given any beans & they were covered in cheese shreds (unmelted so you know it was never hot) even though I asked for no cheese. They have a very limited menu & have been "out" of beef flautas everytime I've asked for them. The birra is decent & Michelle at the register is very sweet & has good customer service

This was a new Mexican place for me and I'm a taco/Mexican food snob, this place won me over. No flash or fuss the food speaks for itself. Great quality from the carne asada (not too grisly), al pastor had great flavor and as a bonus each serving comes with some consume which I haven't seen done anywhere else. Only knock on them is there no taco Tuesday but even with that the flavor justifies the price. Tacos about $3 and plentiful burritos for $11

When I tell you these are indeed some of the best tacos I've had I literally mean it!🙌🏽 The meat is so flavor, juicy and tender good quality meat no chewy fat pieces inside. I had the street tacos (asada) they also give you a lil container of birria sauce which just make the tacos more savory. Do not sleep on this place. Oh yeah and lastly but not least the customer service was great. I'll definitely be adding to my foodie list to eat at 😋
