Knead Donuts

The bannana and strawberry shortcake donuts are and not executed correctly. They don't put enough glaze on the donut to give it enough flavor in proportion to the donut itself. The strawberry filling center doesn't taste like strawberry shortcake filling just generic donut shop rasberry. The donut has similar feel to sandwich bread. The cream on top has a thick and oily mouth feel. Those two donuts with a bottle of milk cost $15. I had similar priced donuts that tasted way better. Its more like a gimmick item than a donut. A waste of money.

First time at Knead Coffee & Tea and I’ll definitely be going back. If you’re looking for great coffee and custom original donuts in Signal Hill, this spot delivers. The owner Huey and his staff were super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The Vietnamese coffee was one of my favorites. Strong, smooth, and customizable so you can adjust it to your sweetness level or add toppings. The boba milk tea was perfect! Not too sweet, just right, which I appreciate because a lot of places overdo it. The donuts and pocket ham croissant were delicious, and they had great specials going on too. If you’re near Signal Hill or Long Beach and want a local coffee shop with solid drinks and unique donuts, this is a great find.

the croissant sandwiches are sooo filling and yummy ! i always come back for the coffee (kneaded strength with matcha or taro cold foam) and will definitely keep you up . donuts also so yummy (fav. dubai choco, creme brûlée, fancy kronut , and cookies & cream kronut) .

The coffee is okay it's not worth 6 for regular size, the glace doughnut is okay not 4 okay I had better for less than 2 and fluffy in (El segundo Donut star) the cronut was stale for 5 no thank you it needs to be fresh. Overall I try it and not for me because of the price for that price my mouth should have said wow but it didn't but I understand, the overhead they need to pay. The Service the lady gave me was very helpful 👍 thank you.
