Great home-made Mexican food in a small locale. Very good menudo on weekends. The menu (limited but good home cooking) changes periodically. ASK WHAT THE DAY'S OFFERINGS ARE. (The posted, unchanged menu board helps little.) Not expensive - very reasonably priced menu! Cash only.

Their menudo is good, this is coming from a person that never has finished a bowl of menudo in his life. It is a small humble place that really does create something worth the visit. Also I heard their Chile Relleno (in Mexican cuisine) a stuffed chili pepper, typically battered and deep-fried, is another specialty of the house. If you can I encourage you to support this small family business, somethings are best made simple. 🇲🇽

A bit hidden from street traffic but worth going out of your way for. Very authentic, homestyle Mexican food. Burrito was juicy and packed. Side salsa excellent too. I'll be back!

Small, hidden gem. Sparse menu. Special is a good deal. Tacos are excellent. Had asada, carnitas, pollo, meat was good quality. Carnitas was best of the 3. Smiling, friendly service.

Love the tacos! I’ve been going here since I was going to middle school over in la puente! The lady that cooks she is so sweet and her food tastes home made! Reminds me of my grandmas cooking ♥️
