Everything is absolutely delicious here. Came in for a sampler, immediately booked them for our next party. All the meats they served were great, rice and beans also delicious. All the salsas made to perfection

The owner is very enthusiastic, and the food is delicious. You must try the special soup available only on weekends.

Alma Delias is at the top of the top places to eat in SGV list so I bookmarked it for a future occasion when I saw it mentioned in the newsletter. The future occasion happened to be a Tuesday when their tacos are $1 (excepting the fish taco) and I bought 10 tacos for $10.79 after tax. I ordered the al pastor, carnitas, pollo, birria, and asada. The only ones I recognized were the chicken and beef (asada) since they look similar to tacos at other places, but everything was delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and with just enough toppings. Green salsa to go with it made it all the more perfect. This place is a gem for anyone craving incredibly fresh and delicious Mexican breakfast. I ordered the chilaquiles and a breakfast burrito, and both were outstanding. The ingredients tasted like they were just picked, and the flavors were spot on – the chilaquiles had the perfect kick, and the burrito was packed with tasty fillings. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait. My to-go order took around 40 minutes, so this might not be the best option if you're in a rush. But if you have some time and prioritize quality and freshness, the wait is absolutely worth it. The amazing food more than makes up for the slower service. I'll definitely be back for those delicious dishes!
