In-N-Out Burger

The burger was fresh, juicy, and loaded with flavor, just like everyone hypes it up to be. The fries, though, were a little underwhelming—kind of bland and not as crispy as I hoped. The secret menu was a fun touch, and the service was super friendly and fast despite the long line. Definitely worth it for the price, but next time I’ll skip the fries.

I love this IN-N-OUT! Most of the crews know me. My orders are always spot on. I have a t-shirt they gave me that has "I am an IN-N-OUT BURGER REGULAR. And I have a bumper sticker same thing!

When we told drive-through order-taker Aaliyah this was our first ever In-N-Out visit she went out of her way to carefully explain the menu. At the drive up window Xley had already been alerted to our newby status and was over-the-top helpful, explaining we were lucky that Elaine (the best grill cook) was making our order and thanking us for choosing their store for our first visit. As we were eating in their picnic area, Aaliyah came by to make sure we were happy with our food (we were!) and to thank us for our business. Absolutely 5 stars!

This has been happening recently at this location. It happened several years ago as well and was consistant. I asked for well-done and only one of the burgers I ordered wasn't pink. And it wasn't even busy so there was no excuse as to the rushed cooking. I actually got a bit under the weather shortly afterward.

Great location! I try to avoid the walk in locations. The walkin locations tend to make more mistakes and for some reason the food is not as in point. I think it has to do with space. This location is so small I think the staff has nothing to do but just Hussle. This spot stays on point. Maybe sometimes they can be a little heavy handed. But ultimately the customer service is on point. Staff looks like they really enjoy working here and that's rare. On my stop here today I literally overheard an employee buying some food on there day of yelling that she loves everyone who works there. That is real. I timed my self today from the second I pulled in to the second I pulled out and it was 20min nice job that's exactly the amount of time I had. That was from the car line up that was almost hitt
