Taco John's

Customer service was not that great, just average. I usually like hot potato Oles, when I inquired about the potatoes whether they were hot or not? One associate said they were made 10 minutes ago, and another said 5 minutes ago. But my order was not hot.

Service and atmosphere were great. That new beefy tostada was disturbingly bland and not good...at all. Tater tots with cheese were on point and the burrito had a taco bell feel to it. All in all, it was aight.

Food is good, but value for your money.... Your better off at Taco Bell Spent 11.64 and I'm still hungry

The automated order taking needs work. I ordered a beef taco and potatoes oles with cheese. I drive back to work and found that the cheese was not in the bag. I drove back to taco johns, went inside and was told that since I didn't get charged for the cheese, I would have to pay for it. Seriously?! Your machine got my order wrong, I had to return to the resturaunt, and instead of an apology for the mistake and the inconvenience of a second trip, your employee wanted me to pay more.

the food was good but if i order fried chicken tacos give me more then one piece of damn chicken on both tacos cmon do better
