Taco John's

Store is listed as being open until 11pm. I got to the drive thru at 9:35. I noticed someone ahead of me at the window and figured the place was still open. But when I tried to get someone's attention on the speaker they shut the lights off. Im a tad frustrated that they dont have the correct closing time listed. But additionally, 9:35 seems like an odd time to close, unless of course they just make up their own times.

Not a big taco eater but I liked this place. I end up eating here 3 times. Everything was freshly made, good size and prices. It didn't feel like they were skimming on toppings. All 3 times they got the orders right too

Went here on my 15 min lunch break, got my order and sped back to work, when I got back to work I notices they had missed my potato oles. I called and told them what happened, the man who answered the phone was outrageously rude and didn't offer anything to make it better. He REFUSED to give me his name, "I don't have to tell you my name!" I will be reaching out to management and corporate about this situation, because WHAT THE HECK TACO JOHNS!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

When I tell you, I wanted so bad to like the food after the experience I had customer service wise, I’m telling you I wish I could. I purchased crunchy tacos, a nacho burrito, potato oles, and an order of Mexican donuts. The potatoes, and Mexican donuts were the highlight. The tacos did not taste good, and neither did the burrito. Hope this TacoJohns gets better quality ingredients, this unfortunately was a fail for me. I would not recommend coming here for tacos unfortunately.

Food was good, found out one of the employees was a furry, their art was pretty good (they left it out on the table and took my order)
