Taco Casa

Yesterday I asked for super nachos everything on top. After I received my order I noticed I had waaay too many bags and containers. I check and saw they separated everything. I told them I wanted everything on top and they proceeded to say you have to say you want it spreaded on top when you place your order. I already said that previously but still my order was made wrong. Instead of remaking my entire order they opened the container cups of food and poured it on my chips. This business truly lacks customer service and is lazy. Ive had this issue repeatedly and after the 3rd time I won't be coming back. I don't know who wants there food separated but even then ask me how I would like my super nachos.....

The staff in the drive thru (sheri) was INCREDIBLY RUDE I ordered two large drinks and they gave me one large one and a small one and then when I asked for the correct drinks, they said that they repeated it back to me, which yes they did and they repeated the right order so I’m not sure where the confusion was then proceeded to try to charge me for the same Large drink twice because I had already paid for the correct stuff then proceeded to give me attitude and throw the rest of my order in my car. Will not be coming back

Taco Casa is a Texas taco staple for a reason! The tacos are fresh, flavorful, and made just the way you want them—crispy, soft, or loaded with toppings. The menu is simple but hits all the classics, and the flavors are always satisfying. The staff is friendly and fast, making it perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. If you want no-frills, delicious Tex-Mex that hits the spot every time, Taco Casa is definitely worth it.

This review isn't just about Taco Casa and how amazing it is, this review is about this location in Azle and how amazing they are. This place deals with high traffic, and I mean HIGH traffic, all the time; in spite of it being a town favorite and slammed constantly these guys handle it and handle it with an amazing attitude and fast service. I am never disappointed in the food quality and I especially appreciate that the tea is always fresh when I come through. It's hard to get in and out on 730 due to the road being constantly backed up from those traffic lights, but it's worth it to get in to this Taco Casa. Great job guys.

I went in for lunch with my 8 month old. He loooves the bean burritos but always struggles to hold them himself with his tiny hands. I asked, if I ordered a bean burrito and paid full price, if they could make it with a small tortilla. They did and he loved it! Little to no mess was made and he ate half the tortilla!
