Taco Bueno

I ordered Quesadillas and a Crispy Beef Taco. One order was a Combo meal. My kids really liked the food and the salsa bar is nice for diners. The lady at the counter wasn't rude, but she took our order with no emotion or welcome greeting. We came after the lunch rush, so she probably needed time to rest. Otherwise, she got our order done.

Attention owners…. Your employees keep your lobby doors locked most of the time. It’s Saturday at 11:30 am and the doors are locked!!! Only the drive through is open.

I went to the drive through around 8:30 or 8:45 pm and was told they "didn't have any chicken right now," I am not really sure what that means so I left. Because the drive through traps you in my options were to back up or go behind the other businesses. You literally have two menu options - chicken and beef. How can you be "out" of half of the menu? The manager or owners should know this is going on and solve it for the staff. I feel like this was an excuse not to serve people. I understand running out of something closer to closing time, but this is more than an hour before you close. Unfortunately I have had similar experiences at this location in the past. Also the parking lot was completely full at that time. I am not sure if it was for them or overflow from the restaurant next door.

Pretty typical for Taco Bueno. The staff is usually fine. The food is what you expect. The drive thru moves at a typical speed.

Guy with the tattoos at tye window today is really cool!! Mexican guy very kind, treats people really nice 👌 he should run all taco bueno stores in dfw.🫡 5 🌟 for my bro and his crew!
