Taco Bell

The store “manager,” Chris, demonstrated extremely poor customer service and could benefit from a refresher on basic customer service. I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order. Most Taco Bell locations and fast food chains in this area close the lobby late at night and direct delivery drivers to use the drive-thru, so I followed the usual process. At this location, however, the lobby is apparently open until 3 AM. I was told at the speaker that I needed to come inside instead. I waited for the cars in front of me to move, parked, and went inside as instructed. Once inside, Chris refused to hand over the order solely because I had initially gone through the drive-thru. I completely understand not handing the order out through the drive-thru when the lobby is open. That is p

I don't like having to wade through the menu on an electronic kiosk that was supposed to save money only to spend $35 (especially when one person was eating four cheese rollups!) for three people to eat. And for a fast food restaurant, that sucks! Some of the offerings are very good. Most are best if eaten in house, they don't travel well at all. Not a big Taco Bell fan.

I got around $50 worth of taco bell last night and they put my Mexican pizza at the bottom of all the other food I ordered and we'll the picture shows it. They didn't give me my nachos and my Pepsi had no syrup and no straw. I feel bad for posting this but I love taco bell and I order there alot and I know with delivery I won't get it fresh but everything was soggy. I had to eat everything with a fork because it was falling apart and I have had little problems like this before it seems to only be happening in the evening but this is my worst experience so far and was definitely not worth the money I paid.

Do not waste your time with this Taco Bell. Tonight I pulled into the drive-thru line, I texted folks at home to get their food requests. That text was sent at 6:25 PM. I finally got to the window and paid at 7:20 PM. There was at least another 5 minutes waiting for our food after getting the receipt. So, unless you like being held hostage in a drive thru line for an hour, I recommend that you go to any other restaurant in Xenia. And given the number of reviewers who are saying the same thing, I have to think that this store’s management just doesn’t care about wasting customers’ time.

50% of the time I come here their pops is literally just carbonated water. No flavor at all. And I always get supremes Doritos locos and the taco shells are either very stale or so soggy it’s falling apart. It’s also rare if I actually get my sauce too and their prices are insane for being fast food
