It’s good. Food came out amazing. We came in from out of town and were pleasantly surprised. Owner came over and checked on us and gave a very warm welcome. Definitely come in and check out the place, the food is worth it. Vibe is great and you can relax. Come in if you have some time to relax as that is the mood. My order was the Tase of Freshness and a side order of grilled salmon. Total plus tax without tip was $23

I don't give a lot of 5 star ratings. This place truly deserves it. From the waiter to the chef, everyone was extremely friendly and inviting. The food was great. Everything we ordered was full of unique flavors. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they put out. Also they served me the best old fashioned I've ever had in Xenia. Great job, we will be back!

It's clear the owner's dedication shines through in every detail, from the inviting ambiance to the meticulously crafted dishes. Whether you're looking for a family dinner or a relaxed evening enjoying good music and drinks, Upper Echelon delivers. For our meal, I indulged in the lobster ravioli, which was absolutely phenomenal. My wife couldn't get enough of her glazed chicken, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the savory bacon ranch chicken flatbread. While I opted for a bottle of their delightful house wine to go (having already savored an Old Fashioned that rivaled those from high-end establishments), their drink menu is certainly worth exploring. We tried Upper Eschelon after we heard some good things about their food. We had the fried mushrooms for appetizer, they were the best that I've ever had! My husband had the fried pork chops and I tried the Rasta Pasta. Very delicious! Pork chops were juicy, tender and fried to perfection. Delicious crispy breading. My pasta was equally excellent. Creamy sauce with a little heat on the end. Yum! The vegetables were fresh and the food portions are very generous. We would definitely come back. A hidden gem in Xenia! I can't wait to see how this restaurant grows in the future.

Loved this! Upscale foods at decent prices, relaxed atmosphere and the people who worked there are very personable and friendly. Will definitely go again!
