Taco Bell

Really, I don’t like coming to this Taco Bell, but I wanted to get the chicken cantina bowl. It impressed at all. For reference on what they should to look like, see my review on Taco Bell in Childersburg. But I’ve settled for a less than better meal.

My threshold for an acceptable experience at Taco Bell is considerably lower than for other fast food establishments. That's why my time here was noteworthy. It was actually..... Dare I say, pleasant. We ordered at the kiosk (which I enjoy due to the ease of meal modification). The food was prepared in an acceptable time and prepared correctly. We THOUGHT we were served something incorrectly and the staff happily accommodated out request.... Even though it turned out that they were correct, they gave us a complimentary item for our troubles. A+ customer service

Well Taco Bell has almost double there prices for almost as much as I can go into a sit down and be waited on Mexican restaurant with a whole lot better food. The store in Talladega is been open less than a yr and the place is filthy, the food is sub rate, customer service is none existent. I will not be back. Oh and they can't get your order right.

[ REVISED] * the supervisor on shift replaced the order and apologized but the customer service was still kinda rude. I updated it to 3 stars. This is probably the worst box I've ever gotten from Tacobell. The food was cold, the cheese was on its side, spilled and 1/2 full. The "crunchwrap" was also wrapped poorly as shown in the pictures same with the hard taco...

This is twice now that the beefy five layer burrito is left off the order, but this time the tacos were all shattered, one was charred to a crisp, and half of one was even missing?? Staff is typically inattentive and often times rude or generally failing their job, and nothing is ever done about the problem.
