You don’t just eat here; you settle in, unwind, and enjoy good company. The food is unforgettable. The Rasta Pasta with shrimp is a must‑try—creamy, spicy, and loaded with flavor. Before you even get that far, the homemade complimentary pork skins set the tone perfectly: warm, crispy, and so good you’ll wonder why every restaurant doesn’t do this. The fried Oreos are amazing! Five stars without hesitation.

Stopped in on the way through Alabama. I found the place based on high reviews already posted. I normally don't leave a review but must say the place is great! Great food, friendly service, very clean, and beautiful atmosphere. I spoke with the owner and knew it was him because he couldn't help but continue to straighten the tables and settings even after they were clean and aligned. You can easily tell the owner loves this place and attention to detail is apparent in every aspect. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in or near Talladega AL!

Ray’s has created a dining experience I have not seen before in Talladega! With modern fixtures, high ceilings, CLEAN restrooms, and a big TV to watch games while eating, I can not think of somewhere that has impressed me in Talladega like them. I like some of everything on the menu because I come often when eating local. So glad to give them my business when I can.

Food and atmosphere was amazing. We were visiting from Florida and everything was awesome. The fried green tomatoes were delicious.
