Taco Bell

This is the worst ran Taco Bell I have ever seen. The fryer has been out for over a year. They constantly are out of everything. I recently ordered a party pack. All 12 tacos came with just meat and cheese. No toppings. The first taco we open has a hair in it. Do not waste your time and money. This place is an absolute joke and should be shut down

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever. The fryer has been not working for almost a year. They have never in the past year had a full menu to order from. Horrible customer service.

I got four Soft tacos Just meat and cheese and they messed it up by putting sour cream and lettuce on it

This location is severely lacking in management. There aren't a lot of quick options in Somerset. We have been here multiple times over the last two years and more times than not there is something wrong with our order. They are frequently out of menu items. The lobby is sometimes closed. If you have a large vehicle, it might be difficult to navigate their cramped drive-thru. On our last visit, at least 1/4 of one of our quesadillas didn't have any contents. The quesadillas weren't properly cut. I understand business and staffing issues, but at some point the managers and owners need to wake up and realize that they are running things poorly. The improvement has to start there.
