There are electrical problems causing the lights to flicker in such a fashion, that it almost triggered a seizure for my girlfriend. They're never stocked in food always out of stuff So you'll never be able to really get what you truly want. I feel bad for the young lady that was working that day we came in. She deserves a better place to work. A better work environment. OSHA desperately needs to get involved in this place.

Frequently out of stock, and online orders with sub club are cancelled. If you get the subway app there is a current promotion where every fourth footlong is free, but when you try to claim your free sub they steal your coupon and don’t void your order returning it to you.

We walked into the store at approximately 8:55 p.m., the gentleman Daniel was doing his nightly cleaning as he was set to close the store. He stopped what he was doing, cleaned and washed his hands and proceeded to put gloves on to take our order. We notified him of a food allergy so that he could take the proper precautions to avoid any contamination. He relayed back that he wasn't sure of what all items had or involved the said allergy. That is what we appreciate so we could then walk him through making the sub helping him along the way. He proceeded to continue to conversate while at the same time completing his task at hand. He handled the entire process very professionally and even apologized if he made a mistake or asked us to many questions to make sure that he was making the food j

We got DoorDash, the cold cut had little meat when we paid for extra and our other sub had no bacon on it

We ordered subs a couple of days ago for a group. The manager took the order and was SO nice and friendly and helpful. The subs were ready on time, were prepared the way we wanted, and presented in boxes that were well labeled. For sure we will order them again for our group meeting.
