Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Smelts horrible, toilet seats are sideways, sink looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Employees just walk around and mess around like it’s some party. Customer service was terrible they treat you like you are disrupting them.

I ordered for the whole family and not one of the burritos were labeled so I had to look through them all, they were all made correctly except ONE. I asked nicely if I could possibly have it remade and the lady looks at me and goes, “I made it, so I know it’s in the bag.” And she walks away. It was very rude. There were onions in it, NO rice on the cheesy RICE bean burrito which I had asked for extra. We didn’t even order anything that had onions in it. Super rude

Service was terrible. Whole order was wrong. Took 5 minutes for me to get the food when I was the only one there, food was cold by the time we got home and we live down the road.. Seriously service has really went down hill and bad.. even worse when it’s all adults working because they don’t hire minors. Disappointing

Quality of food has gone way down. Nachos Bellgrande was terrible - meat and cheese tasted bad. Threw them away.

Girl with red hair who i’ve heard referred to as “Tori”. Awful, how that woman has a job is beyond me, rude everytime i come here, just disappointing. Places just need to train their workers to be better.
