Culvers in Shawano has the best food of the chain restaurants. I have not experienced any problems my orders are what they should be and the food is Hot. I am glad to see they have started a rewards program. Hats off to them all. Also had their coffee for the first time and it was just like I used to get back home. Very good!!!!!

Two weeks ago I ordered a Garden Fresco Salad and received a Chicken Cashew Salad instead, I can't eat cashews. I drove home with my drive thru order so too far to drive back. Another time I ordered chicken tenders with side salad, half the side salad was not good. Another time I ordered 4 chicken tenders received 2 that were edible, one was the size of a chicken nugget and dry, one was like leather and couldn't eat it at all. So I paid for the price of 4 and were able to eat only 2, again thru the drive thru. Disappointing

I'm displeased with the Shawano Culvers. They forget stuff often. I gave them a coupon and they didn't even put it in the system they just set it to the side. So i still got charged extra. This isn't the first time they've messed something up. They've forgotten putting in sides , bacon on sandwiches, ice cream, etc. I was going to just do a survey rather than a bad review but the receipt didn't give me a code. The code for loyalty didn't work to get rewards either. My advice is to check your food before you leave, calculate or double check coupons so they actually use it and have them scan loyalty before giving payment method because they don't even offer. I usually dont get upset over simple stuff;simple mistakes but its consistently a problem.

Amazing service. Always. I come here too much but the food is great and so is the customer service and cleanness. Gerit is normally at the window and hes very good at his job

Service was horrendous. Me and my friends came here from our camping trip for dinner and after a long wait for food an employee came and accused us of smoking in the restaurant. Which none of us were doing, they assumed because we were teenagers we had to be the ones vaping and smoking. Once we told them we weren’t smoking they said, “yea well we got two complains and we can smell it on you guys.” and walked away? then had another employee sit at a table right by us and just watch us the whole time we were finishing our food. extremely uncomfortable, rude, and unprofessional.
