Terrible customer service in the drive through. The guy acted like he didn’t want to take our order. Secondly I drove 20 minutes for food and by the time I got home they had messed up the order and filled my kids bean burritos with red salsa after specifically after requesting none. It was for 2 toddlers, which now we wasted time and money on food they can’t eat. Do better.

Really bad. Food is way more expensive than other locations and no online discounts. And ZERO toilet paper in the bathrooms. I tried to let someone who worked there know, but as I tried to get someone’s attention at the counter ALL of the employees completely ignored me. Customer service was completely nonexistent!

Stopped here in Santa Nella CA.on the way back from Oakland Airport on a road trip. Had a couple bean rice & cheese burritos & a large drink just to hold me over till I got home, was as always a good snack. The only thing I didn't really like was the kiosk that they prefer to use .it was a little difficult to navigate for me, I guess I'm getting to old for this new school way to do things like this. The nice girl behind the counter who was doing both the drive up & counter ask if I was having trouble with the kiosk, I asked her I would like to order the old school way & she was very happy to do so ,I just wish I got her name so I could leave her KUDOS for her great customer experience! Taco Bell is always great for a great fast snack when you're on the road or late nite.

Waiting over 30 minutes for our order. Everyone working is moving as fast as possible. No one takes orders, so there is no way to ask for a refund.

It’s a trap! Only kiosk orders available, understaffed, overpriced. Massive hassle for anyone wanting something efficient and affordable. You deserve better. Trump, you promised us a more affordable America!
