The young man (Nick) working the front of the restaurant was really impressive. He was super friendly and attentive. It’s been a while since I’ve seen that level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. The restaurant itself and the parking lot were very clean. My wife and I are so happy we stopped here for dinner during our roadtrip.
The best Carl’s Jr experience EVER! The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is my all time favorite burger. It’s always a hit or miss when it comes to getting extra BBQ sauce. Well, Santiago and Nick hit a grand slam today with me. The restaurant was clean, the service was beyond professional, and the food was fresh and hot. Thank you gentlemen for making our road trip special today.
Nick is probably one of the best restaurant employees I've ever witnessed. Fries were hot and delectable. Shake is good, tastes natural. 10/10 experience.
Fransico made our food and mopped at the same time I’ve never seen anything like this. When I come back I expect him to be ARM. Do the right thing.
