⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Taco Bell in San Gabriel (right on the border before Rosemead) is hands down one of the best locations we’ve visited. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like you’re visiting family every time you walk in. Everyone is friendly, patient, and professional. They greet you with genuine kindness, and that makes such a difference. Even if there’s a wait, you don’t mind because they make you feel comfortable and valued. The food is always fresh — and I mean always fresh. You can taste the quality and care in every order. They also accept EBT, and the service is consistent and respectful for everyone. Five stars for customer service, freshness, and that welcoming, community vibe. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Very diligent, dedicated and friendly staff. I had one of the best Crunchwrap’s in a long time, the ingredients were well spread out and perfectly cooked. Thank you to the amazing chefs

The food is good but the size is smaller from the usual. There's a waiting time just to place an order and for food to be available. There's not enough staff to do drive-thru, dine-in and pick-up orders. Service needs improvement. The dining area is clean with a handful of customers.

My biggest concern is that these last 2 times 3/5 and 3/16 I ordered at the drive through they did not bother to check if they included everything in my order so I got home to find missing items that were paid for. Last time it was a Doritos locos taco supreme and this time it was my husband's cheesy double beef burrito. My next concern is that they don't even answer the phone on the recipt so we couldn't even let them know they messed up since for example I called 2x tonight and there was no answer. This is theft since I paid and got cheated. Last time I let it slide but 2x is a pattern. I hope they are more careful with checking orders.

Really good place and the best Taco Bell in the area for sure. Here they really care about what they do. The food is hot, fresh and tasty, and the order is put together really good! It’s even wrapped with care And damn this Crunchwrap tasted good! Tortillas themselves taste so well here. Idk how they do it, but whatever you take - any regular taco or burrito - anything will be good because of that. Highly recommend this place!! I was here during lunch on Sunday, so there were few people here and I didn’t wait long. Maybe during the week it’s busier and you have to wait more. Also the lobby is super clean as well as the restrooms. The manager is king 👑
