When you finish a customer order, tell them. Why ask my name if you aren't going to tell me my order is ready. The staff was casual, no sense of urgency. Also it's nice to be thanked for spending my money at an establishment. But not here. It felt like they didn't want me there.

I had an incredibly horrible experience at this Taco Bell last night. The food was stale, and my tacos were falling apart—absolutely not fit for sale. When I tried to get help, I was ignored for an incredibly long time. I asked for a manager, and despite being told one would come, no one appeared. Eventually, they did process a refund, but it was only after a long wait and repeated neglect. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I feel for the drive-thru customers who won’t realize the quality until it’s too late. This location definitely needs corporate attention. I won’t be returning.

When you increase the price of a meal 30% for extra meat atleast make an effort. There's another taco bell at a truck stop abt an hour south of here. I recommend going to that one

Disappointing Brunch Experience, But Friendly Service I stopped by this location for brunch and decided to try the Vege Chalupa and Nacho Fries. Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The Vege Chalupa was watery and not even warm, which made it unappealing. It lacked the fresh, flavorful taste I was hoping for. As for the Nacho Fries, they didn’t taste anything like nachos. The flavor was off, and the dish felt bland and uninspired—definitely not what I expected. Given the quality of the food, I’m not sure I’ll be returning for a meal anytime soon. However, I did want to mention that the service was a redeeming factor. The clerk who assisted me was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. She made the experience much more pleasant, which is why I gave this review 3 stars

We stopped at this taco bell twice on our roadtrip from california, it is genuinely the best taco bell I have ever gotten, in food quality, service, and speed. California taco bells need to seriously step it up, because this has set new standards for me. Thank you Maria.
