Taco Bell

Terrible taco bell. Avoid at all costs. Wasn't even busy and couldnt get hot/fresh food. Was served stale, cold, and undercooked chalupas and "cunchy" taco that was mush. Seems like they make a bunch of stuff in the morning then serve it all day, or just dont care.

Never any napkins or just 2 and needs better attitude on drive-thru speaker!! More portions in food and a smile at the windows would be nice!! Everybody got raises but same old sad lazy attitudes

This is the second time me and my mother have been here in the past couple of months. They always mess up our order in the drive through. Putting in random food numbers ignoring what we say. Last time I ordered my meal and they didn’t even give me something close to it. My mother’s order they just ignored what number she said and gave her something completely different. They also didn’t ask her what she wanted to drink they just put in a random drink for her (her being the nice lady she is she didn’t complain about it then) I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a hard shell taco and they gave me a soft shell instead as well. They don’t listen to what you say and they just ignore you. Never again going there.

Food is very good, They do that well. As of service, they tend to drive thru more than counter. If ur at the counter, they don't even acknowledge u, don't say I'll be right with u. If busy with drive thru. They just look at and keep on walking. Its not a very friendly atmosphere, you almost never see them smiling or greet the customer with a friendly approach. Its not just Taco Bell, I've notice it with almost all the restaurants around Rogersville. It's not just employees, it's management also. They seem miserable & down. It seems like they want to bring customers down with them. That is while I don't dine in.

We didn't stay at the Taco Bell to eat, but while we were there the staff was all really nice and ready to help. There were other customers in there eating and they smiled at us and seemed friendly. Our food was super good and we didn't order any drinks.
