Awesome service, delicious food, and a price to match.

Restaurant was really busy bc it was right after church . Employees were working quickly to fill orders. Service was great . Food came out hot and fresh . Tina is amazing. Even though the line to order food was forming , she worked constantly to fill orders and did in a polite manner to ensure customer satisfaction. She always gives great customer service . I ordered the same items from another Jacks earlier in the week. Difference in the quality and quantity. of food was very noticeable. The Elgin restaurant got it right ! 👍👍

Make sure to double check your order before leaving. You may either miss something or have someone else's order entirely. The food and ice cream are wonderful. Just need a touch less of salt

Went to counter yesterday and guy said he had been there 15min and they hadn't taken his order Other guy said they had been there 10 min. Workers were making food but pushing it to the drive thru which is "timed ". Walked out. Got in drive thru.... got my food in about 8 min, which is still SLOW. Those other two guys are pron still sitting there. Poorly managed ... nothing but bad management

Food was really fresh and hot! Staff was friendly! Gracie had really good customer service skills and a great smile.
