Customer Reviews
Our waitress was awesome and very attentive loved her personality. Now the problem is I ordered Carnitas and what I got was a plate full of FAT and maybe about a tablespoon of meat. The rice was cold and grains were actually crunchy . Everyone else who was with me did enjoy their food. When I took and showed the manager or the owner possibly my carnitas and showed him all the fat on there he said “ It’s not fat it’s the skin I said no actually it’s fat. He seemed irritated. I have eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurant around the United States and I have never had that much fat on my food. It was gross. We will not be eating there again. I do have pictures of all the fat on my plate but there is no place to upload them Thank you Mari
Service was good except for the fact that the waiter never said anything and just came up to us expecting us to know what we are supposed to do. The food was pretty good but I had to get rid of lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. But the whole time there were these two people playing their guitar ruining the quiet and it was so loud.
Fiesta is pretty much Fiesta. We/I've eaten at all of them in the area at one time or another. This location seldom disappoints. We stopped in Sunday evening as driving back to The Shoals from Athens for a quick family dinner together. As we arrived, the place was pretty much empty and we were seated quickly and allowed time to decide on our order. A few minutes later our order was taken as the place began to suddenly fill-up around us. Our meal was delivered to the table as the new arrivals were placing their orders. The staff seemed to have a little trouble adapting to the sudden change in the pace of business, good thing we beat the crowd. We had plenty of time to sit and visit due to the delay in time in receiving our ticket... Oh well, it was a decent meal and we beat the crowd. 👍😉👌
I have had my call in order messed up 3 times now in the last year. Tonight I tried to call when my husband got home with our order and we seen it was wrong no answer-- so just like the last two times I get back in the car and drive back to the restaurant. I tell them I got the wrong order and they basically told me thats what I ordered. Normally I would accept I may have made the mistake but not on a taco. Never in my entire life have I ordered a chicken taco let alone 12 of them. There was no offer to fix it just a doubling down by also saying my husband said chicken too. That would never happen either. It was a $70 order that I ended up replacing with Taco Bell on the way home because my kids dont eat chicken tacos or any of my family. I understand mistakes happen on both sides but this
We haven't visited this restaurant in over a year and I'm glad we came back. Their chips and salsa was good and they actually give each person their own little bowl of salsa and the chips came in a big bowl. The drink special for the night was a lime margarita for $3 and the first one was so good that I got a second one. You will need someone to drive you home. Yes, they tasted good and actually had a fair amount of tequila in there. I opted for the frozen version and it tasted very good. We also had a double order of their fajitas and they were very good and had plenty of leftovers. So all in all it was a very good meal and the price was fair.
