One of the worst Taco Bell I been too . Service 0 Attitude 100 Serving 0 Charged me $1.75 for extra chicken in salad. Look into the pic there s nearly any chicken in it . This is the 3 rd time they did that .

Constantly missing items. I’ve about had it today. It took me several times of having missing items to leave this. Did not get Apple empanada, which is available early access to rewards members. Got a coupon for 1 free taco instead. If the item was not in stock then it should have been refunded to my card. I usually have a lot of patience, but I’ve started reporting the missing items through the app, which I know gets the employees dinged. I don’t want to have to go that route, but enough is enough already.

They accidentally gave our food away. They were super apologetic. Gave us free drinks due to having to wait longer. The food wasn’t bad. Very good customer service.

Man, this Taco Bell seemed perfect to me! Love my cravings boxes, and couldn’t wait for this one to open up down the road from my work. I got the nachos and man they tasted horrible. Like chemicals and plastic. They swapped them out for a second bag that also tasted the same way, and then I heard the manager “Natalie” cussing me out in the back asking what I wanted for her to do about it. Additionally, my mango tea was nearly completely flavorless and someone must’ve forgotten to refill the soda bib. Food cold and I placed my mobile order 10 minutes before pickup. A couple of the employees were empathetic about my experience, but if this is the way this location will always be, I will never come here again. I would rather go somewhere else I like less and actually have an edible meal fo
