Taco Bell / Pizza Hut

We've visited this location several times. Depending on the time of day, the drive-through line could be long or short, so it could be a wait. The food is what you could expect from fast food and Taco Bell. It's decent, yet it is what it is. Generally, all of our orders have been correct and taste okay. The service can be slow, yet usually friendly and polite. 4 🌟

Poorly/incorrectly made, as usual. I dont know why I even bother to grab a quick bite here, it is always made wrong. I ordered two items, both with added spicy ranch sauce. Both items were missing spicy ranch sauce. It wouldn't bother me as much if I hadn't paid a dollar extra for it. This location is easily the most poorly staffed in town. The employees were all laughing and goofing off, clearly too busy to put any effort into what they were being paid to do...

Order made wrong. Told the fella at the counter the order was made wrong. No apology just snarled he couldn’t take the food back and remade the mistake he had made. Food was also cold. My daughter’s quesadilla was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Everybody makes mistakes. Manners, politeness and good ole’ customer service would have corrected the issue. He acted too bothered to deal with it. I guess getting outside to smoke was more important.

Went in to pick up an order and waited 20 minutes. Finally asked if she could tell me how long & she replied when it's ready it will be put here. Orders kept going out the door just not mine. Waited 5 more minutes asked again. Same response. Another 5 minutes ditto. Left without the order. She should not be in customer service. Taco Bell do better!!! Here's the not so charming employee.

This Taco Bell needs serious improvement. I am not sure if the problem lies with employees, management, or ownership, but something is clearly off. I travel often throughout the East and Midwest and visit many Taco Bells, so I can tell when a store is just having an off day versus when poor service has become the norm. Unfortunately, this hometown location has declined far below others in the Roanoke area. It feels like customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. The team often seems distracted, more focused on chatting than doing their jobs. Orders are rushed, food quality is poor, and portions are small. Tacos are mostly lettuce with barely any meat or cheese, and cinnamon twists taste stale. My favorite item, the steak cheesy gordita crunch, rarely comes hot and barely has four str
