Taco Bell

I went to get Taco Bell for first time they made my order wrong I went for second time and they give me the cheese cups almost empty and when I went to ask for a correct portion they denied rudely

This Taco Bell is new in Phoenix Oregon. Tonight we went through the drive through and our order was wrong. The first thing is we didn’t get all of our order. Three of our tacos were all broken up, cold and stale taco shells. Bean burritos were cold and dry and we didn’t get the onions we ordered on them. We finally drove back to let them know the order was wrong and they were so rude. I even showed them how the taco looked. They only gave us one taco and gave us the chalupa we never got in the first place. However the gal I talked to was rude. They should have fixed the whole order which would have been the right thing to do. They messed it up we didn’t. That is the second time we had our order messed up. Management should be looking into this so it doesn’t continue to happen. This Tac

I love me some taco bell….,but this Taco Bell is littered with issues. Understaffed, most of them hardly speak english. Drive thru, as well as mobile ordering takes FOREVER. Simply put….they just gotta figure it out man…..every experience I’ve had here has been some range of a headache

Great deals on certain things, fast service, and good food. Service was good and employees were very kind especially the one named Alex. Will for sure be coming back and I hope Alex will be working, very kind person.

Is must be normal for these Taco Bell’s to work there employees to the bone. Every time I come thru there 2 employees in whole store today I witness 2 women standing around not helping struggling employees how resturant suppose to run with 2 employees and serve customers these employees are so great but your company is cruel and frankly should be embarrassed I’m concerned as a person of this community how are these kids taking breaks ? Probably not getting breaks and is this even safe for these kids at night. How do they even go to restroom.i don’t believe these kids get breaks Oregon doesn’t enforce taking breaks anymore !? I eat here because despite circumstances this kids are wonderful but this company needs to be questioned I don’t feel this is how a business is suppose to do business
