Dutch Bros Coffee

I just want to give a shoutout to the morning crew at the Phoenix Dutch Bros location. They are always upbeat, quick, and so kind—even on the busiest mornings. My drinks are always perfect and they make the whole experience feel personal. Absolutely the best way to start the day!

I placed my order with an attendant outside the kiosk, I was very precise with my order and he repeated it back to me. I got to the windows and they repeated my order once again, but without the salted Carmel float. When I corrected the order, she stated that since the sale was already finalized she would need to charge me .30 cents more. I told her that the order was confirmed correctly to the original attendant, and she made no apology,just repeated that it was 30 cents more for the salted Carmel float. I paid the extra amount with change in my car because I needed to get to work, but was not happy that they not only insisted on charging for their error, but made no attempt at an apology. Then, I didn't even get a Carmel float, they put the runny syrup on top instead of the Carmel drizz

Online says open at 5am, I just went to try to order at 6:15am and it’s still currently closed. Don’t know if someone missed their shift , but very disappointed, plenty of cars behind me also passed trying to order including a state trooper. DO BETTER!

This is my favorite stand. The crew is always super inviting and embrace the Dutch Bros' spirit

I love stopping here. The young staff is super friendly and efficient. The rebel energy drinks are so satisfying and help me feel energized for my night shifts. My only wish is that they allowed you to order ahead. Keep up the great service 👍
