Taco Bell

As someone who visits Taco Bell at least once or twice a week in Pullman Wa, the experience I had at the road 68 Taco Bell has me so happy I don’t live here anymore. I ordered on the app for an in store pick up for my family spending around 50 dollars. Upon pick up I was sure to count how many items were in the order so I could quickly look through the bag to ensure everything was there. After brining the bag out to the car and realizing we were missing one item I did a scan of what that item might have been. I went back inside and explained that I had picked up the large order and was missing my chicken stacker (I knew this because a stacker comes in a completely different package than anything else we ordered) the employee asked me to bring back in all 3 bags of food so he himself could

Taco Bell food is fairly consistent, restaurant to restaurant. This one did good on the food. To be honest, we don't come here for the quality of the meat, we come here for speed, convenience, and the fire sauce. We ordered a total of 10 burritos/tacos and we ask for enough fire sauce to cover ten burritos/tacos. (maxed out at 15) and so we added two hot sauce to make sure everyone has enough to be happy. We get our food, get back to the job site, and divvy out the food. We got two hot sauces and NO fire sauce. Really?! Do better. There are a lot of places to eat, if you can't give us what we ask for, we will not even miss you taco bell.

This one used to be pretty good. But has in the last year gone downhill. We ordered theough the app in the parking lot, waited 7 minutes, then went through drive thru. They had time to drop fresh potatoes for the side. These were old, soggy, and only barely hot on the bottom/ side. The Crunchwrap barely had any meat in it. Have been consistently dissappointed in this taco bell. Again on a recent visit for a lunchbox, during lunch hour, fries were old. Just because people order through the App does not mean you can give them old nasty food. Just a thought...put down smaller amounts of fries so customers can have fresh ones. Doesn't take that long really.

They ask "is it okay to put sour cream on you food" then charge you extra for each item they add it to without letting you know it costs money for it. That's not how you upsale taco bell do better.

They've tried to rip me off twice in the past month. One I asked to make a combo supreme and tried to tack on $3. And another time the board with puctures shows a different price than the computer screen. Plus screen that shows total hasn't worked for years according to manager. Called Taco Bell amd lady seemed put off I called, said a district manager woukd call within a week. She hung up on me before I could share other issues and no calls. They don't seem to care about customers at all and shady. Protect yourself at this place!
