Taco Bell

Pitiful, Taco Bell. All this money you charge and the level of quality/quantity, we could have made better at home. This hasn’t been our first experience with the same issue but it surely will be the last. The standards have surely declined. (Order# 422296) #MAHA

We are here visiting my mom in the hospital and staying in a hotel. We have eaten at this Taco Bell two different nights. The first night we waited in line for approximately 30 minutes to get our food in the drive-through. Tonight I ordered the burrito supreme combo (#3). When I opened my taco supreme the enormous amount of sour cream that was on there was ridiculous and it was spilling all over the outside of the taco. I picked it up to eat it, and it fell apart. Not only that, but my burrito was completely cold. Not a little warm, completely cold. Thankfully my hotel room has a microwave. This is what it looked like(see photos). We got here and attempted to pick up our food paid online and got told there was no beef that’s not an issue but after we get our food we find that part of our order is missing and that our “steak” and “chicken” soft tacos were completely disgusting. We eventually got the rest of our food after dealing with this for over an hour, needs addressed immediately.

I do a lot of food reviews and fast food is fast food. It doesn't take a lot to keep me happy as fast food is exactly what the name implies, quick and cheap. This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. It's an absolute train wreck. Filthy dirty dinning room and they need to change the fry oil as it was rancid. The cinnamon twists we ordered had no sugar and cinnamon on them and they had a nasty burnt oil tast. It was in my mouth for a couple of seconds before I involuntarily spit it out into a napkin. Most of the reviews I do are not to bad, and I genuinely try to give people the benefit of the doubt however, this place is really bad and I think it's a health risk to the public. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Ordered a combo I think 2) chalupas and a taco. Hard shell taco looked like a jigsaw puzzle. The chalupas were filled with lettuce and about a spoons worth of meat.. so disappointing not only has the price of food went up but they don't even give you what your paying for. What's in the bag doesn't even look like the picture on the menu. The portions have gotten so skimpy. I always ask for "a lot" of mild sauce they gave me two packets. I was literally searching my vehicle for any other condiments to help moisten the dry stuff down my throat. Will never return to this location.
