Parsons Public Library

it was fine until some decided to game on one of the computers and trash talked whoever they were playing with not loud enough for the librarian to hear but loud enough to be an annoyance to those sitting near him

Went into the library yesterday evening from Chetopa, to get some workbooks printed from my cell for internet classes I was taking. It was about 10 til 6, several ladies were looking thru all the books for sale in the foyer, seem to be Boone else there except a male and female sitting at the desk just chatting. When I explained my library didn't have a printer and I had come to Parsons before. She just looked at me, their clock and then him & said yes we do print but we close at 6. I explained how far I had driven and I needed them for my classes. She told me I could come back tomorrow. 😡 I know how long it takes to print the things I had done last time 5-10 minutes top. She or He had time to print at least 2 of my short handbooks I needed. They lost out in my money and business. I am a 7

Parsons public library is probably one of the best run and diverse small town libraries I've ever been to. Helpful and cheerful people work there who are never to busy to lend a hand, help solve a problem, or find a good kids book in short notice to keep the little ones from going to melt down mode. 1000% recommended

Been to a few different libraries and this one exceeds all others. Very helpful and friendly staff. They knew my name by site on the second visit. Extremely recommended

The library has improved so much since I moved away. I have to give kudo's to Brandon and Zoey they are so great with the kids/teens my granddaughter says they are amazing.
