Taco Bell

I got my order and my taco that was supposed to have tomatoes had none, my nacho fries wre cold and looked and tasted old. I also got no nacho cheese w my fries i am very disappointed.

Good food they just take excessively long every single time, we wait about 20 minutes however the other night my husband waited an hours and a half in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of him

Update: whoever is working 10/3/25 7pm female… is beyond rude and has to hate her job… we called and asked if they have the new dessert she got mad talking junk and hung up😂 lol why. It’s never that serious to be so mad and rude… not for nothing you wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for the people…. All we asked about was a new product that was advertised Now Taco Bell comes on we’re paying for food but you’re just out here skimping ppl . Food is absolutely nothing like what is advertised

The slowest service ever!! Ordered through Uber as I always do and my driver waited over an hour for my order. Thank goodness for his patience, but they seem to be severely understaffed and have no sense of urgency. DO BETTER!!

Cashier Willenda M was very unprofessional, was supposed to be covering cashier and I waited for almost 20 minutes before getting attended to. Workers walking in smelling like weed. Service completely unacceptable. Expect to be here for almost half an hour waiting on half assed tacos. Employees were getting yelled at infront of customers.
