This is an absoultely beautiful restaurant that my colleages and I visit often for the lunch buffet. The food is among the best Inidan food I have had anywhere in the state, and the service cannot be beat. I cannot overstate how courteous, professional, kind, and attentive the staff is! The food is fresh and delicious, with lots of gluten-free options. My favorite part of visiting Royal Spice is that the chefs really seem to enjoy being innovative with their food. Unlike so many other buffet restaurants that just do the same dishes day after day, Royal Spice's chefs never disappoint with an exciting variety of options. This was our first time having Indian cuisine and we were NOT disappointed! Everything was hot, fresh and very well packaged. I was unsure of portion sizes and to my surprise, ordering 2 of everything was enough food for us to have this meal twice. And it tastes even better this morning for suhoor! Thank you for an amazing meal, will order again and again!

I had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences here! This place truly has it all — lively vibes, attentive service, creative cocktails, and absolutely unforgettable food Every dish felt special and packed with flavor in a way that I could never replicate at home. I’m still thinking about the pomfret Fry, the rich and comforting chicken biryani , and the GOAT CURRY that were honestly life-changing. Each bite was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and full of authentic taste with a modern twist. Everything from start to finish was spot on. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is superb. I got the Chicken 555 to start with. Its a bit spicy but absolutely delicious. It had a sauce on it yet was still very crispy. I ordered a mango mint margarita. The drink was delicious but a little on the small side. I would have liked it to be a mostly full glass for a $14 drink. For my entree i ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was about as perfect as it could be. The sauce was very thick and flavorful. The garlic naan was light and crispy, perfectly cooked. I will be back again any time i stay in this area.

I took my family here while visiting New Haven. The food was superb. My wife and I don't drink, but she had a mocktail mojito which was very good - lots of fresh mint, no sour mix, real juice. The food was tasty and spicy. And the service was honestly some of the best I've had in CT. I didn't catch his name, but he seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the establishment and was very attentive to our drinks and naan refills, also had a great personality. Great spot.
