Taco Bell

I was doing an Uber order. Had to wait over 20 minutes from when the order was received. Drivers do not get paid extra for waiting. I don't know if it was understaffed or poor staff. I just hope this doesn't continue. Usually it is good here.

Located on route seven across from the Walmart shopping center. Getting in the parking lot is fine, getting out could be a disaster. Be careful. It’s a nice remodeled Taco Bell. It has drive-through, seating, counter service, and self ordering kiosk. I’m glad they had the kiosk because I didn’t see any employees until about five minutes after ordering. It almost seems like they don’t want you to go to the front register. The food is just OK. Wasn’t my first choice. The nacho fries were very tasty. Everything else just meh. I always set low expectations and just hope that I am surprised.

They overcharged me. For a medium Pepsi, 3 chicken soft taco Supremes, a chicken burrito & 3 chicken tenders; $39.00. I disputed the charge. Wait time was 10 minutes to get food as there were only 2 people, husband and wife working. Thinking they were the owners

Update: From a 4 to a 3 to a 1 star.. terrible last 3 times burrito supreme and tacos ice cold, no exaggeration. Upsets me because I love taco bell! Guess I'll wait a few months and try again Hit or miss here. Sometimes you get your order correct and hit, sometimes not, sometimes a little of each. Sad because I LOVE Taco Bell!
