New Milford Public Library

New Milford Public Library is one of the best places of all time. They have a large catalogue that includes thousands of books and graphic novels. The system also features the Library of Things, which you allows to check out various items, including video games! The architecture is beautiful, with many windows, large rooms, and even a small version of the town's signature bandstand inside the children's room! There's always something going on there. They have many clubs and events for teens, adults, and children. I even was able to suggest a club to the staff (Pokémon) and they made it happen! The staff are so kind and help you with everything you need. They are always very good at keeping any chaos in the teen room under control and are fun to talk to. I come there to draw almost eve

The new Milford pubic library is a very good library. Very nice and quiet smells and looks clean. The environment is very good in and out. It's a nice place to go and study I saw a lot of children there on a special day. If you look around the library it is very informative. The workers are very pleasant. They only accept your water or any liquid you want to drink. Nice place. Lots of interesting books.

I am honored to label this as my hometown Library. They always have a great selection of books on display, as well as services. I use the study rooms so much I think the staff are sick of me LOL.

WONDERFUL library. Yesterday, 5-12-25, was the first time I had been there since COVID & the expansion/remodel. I am AMAZED at the addition & beautiful remodel of the original building. This is a place to feel PRIDE in our community and remember that we are AMERICANS who value ALL life, regardless of personal choices. 👍👌 B. BENNETT

After renovations finished back in February, the library has become a convenience for me when biking around downtown to stop, use the bathroom, refill my water, etc all for free. Also a lot of selections for books and 3 floors of the library to explore. Great for all ages
