Taco Bell

There was literally nobody there i was the only customer. 8pm on a Monday. They poorly made my order and slapped it together. They gave very little chicken in my chicken flatbreads. They rolled them up like a fruit roll up for some reason. I ordered a beefy nachos and there is very little beef for some reason. The only part of my order that was done right was the beefy cheese burrito. The food is not cheap anymore I expect quality and effort. I did not get that tonight. I didn't even get napkins in my bag.

Don't come to the New London location unless you're willing to wait over 20 minutes for your order. I ordered one taco from the kiosk for take-out on a Friday at 6:41pm. I got it at 7:04pm. 23 minutes for one taco! The wait staff had no explanation for the wait. Another guest claimed she waited 30 minutes and wanted to cancel her order, but they would not refund her because it was a mobile order. Based on this experience, I will not come back to this location. If you must have Taco Bell, go to Norwich or Groton instead. I hope the owner or managers read these reviews.

The service was really good. The food was fresh and hot. The GM was really nice and asked me how the food was which made my day. Wait time was a bit much but the wait was worth it. Will be back soon.

Waited a half hour in the drive thru for an order I replaced online. I wouldnt have minded, if my food was made correctly. Or at least what I paid for? Every single time I order here its a waste of my time. 2 weeks ago I placed a complaint requesting a follow up because my entire $60 order was messed up and I didnt have the patience to wait another hour to be assisted. No follow up, just a waste of my money. Today, once again, my entire order is wrong, including a half empty drink and an attitude from the girl at the window. I'd give zero stars if I could. No one cares about their job or their responsibilities at this location.

Slowest fast good ever. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out. Meal was supposed to be ready at 6:35, its currently 6:55 with no sign of my food coming out
