Taco Bell

The best experience I’ve had at TacoBell in a while. The person in the drive thru was super friendly even once I got to the window and realized I forgot to order myself a drink. I think their name was Kobe C. according to my receipt. I hope Taco Bell continues to hire great people like Kobe C.

Order was very slow. Manager had dog hair on her. All employees ignore you. I asked a lady if when it's done will she put it in the pickup area or do I need to let you know I'm here. This lady said in a rude snappy voice "It's not ready yet!" Didn't answer the question at all. Employees act like they're scared to serve or talk to customers. Seems like the staff just started.

We love coming through when Joe is working! He is always so upbeat, friendly, and accommodating! Can’t wait to see him again when we come through. (Food was delicious as always!)

PLEASE save yourself the hassle of going to this place. I ordered 2 soft shell taco’s, one hard shell taco in the drive thru. 15 minutes later I got my food - not busy. I was the first person in line the whole 15 minutes. For 3 basic tacos. Watched the manager meander but appeared to contribute nothing.

If I could give zero I would. I waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos when I was the only person in the lobby. When I finally got them, they were poorly made! Barely any meat, tasted like just lettuce and cheese. The staff was very rude, they were 3 females who were incredibly hostile. Horrible experience overall, don’t waste your time or money
