Taco Bell

Ordered today (3/9) for dine in. I finished ordering before my friend, she was given her drink cup and I had to ask for mine. I ordered at 12:16pm, went to the counter at 12:26 because my friend and another couple received their food before me when I had ordered first. I was told it is “first come first serve” but clearly that’s false. My food finally came out at 12:32pm and there wasn’t even a “sorry for the wait” staff is rude and disorganized.

Extremely rude manager tonight January 21st at 7:54pm she was working drive thru and literally ran her mouth to me when I asked nicely for fresh potatoes so she went on to say its in their 10 min window. I said ok but I sorry I spent money for hot food. All I asked is for fresh potatoes and she kept on

When the lady took my order I told her at least twice that I wanted soft shell tacos. When I told her I didnt want crunchy tacos she told me that is what I ordered her. So between the cashier and the girl who made my tacos, awesome customer service and attitude. Ill never come here again!

2025: Friday the 17th I ordered Taco Bell via Doordash. I was disappointed. Not at Taco Bell. At Doordash. They never picked up my order. And as such, Taco Bell threw away my food Because they had to. So On the 18th, I went thru the Drive Thru and spoke with the Manager on duty. 100% Professionalism on behalf of them. They understood the problem, and rectified it. I got the food made that sadly was wasted the night before. The Manger had a good attitude, and knew how to get the order right the 1st time. Thank You. You are appreciated by this customer.
