Capones Chicago Eatery

I recently visited Capone's Chicago Eatery for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional—our server was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and handled everything on his own with great expertise. I ordered the hotdog and fries, and my husband had the Italian beef; both were made to order and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were more than enough, making it great value for the money. The restaurant itself was very clean with plenty of seating, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Capone’s to anyone looking to enjoy a taste of Chicago right in their own backyard. One small note: there is no public restroom, so be sure to plan accordingly.

I love the gyros! A good gyro in Muscatine is all I've ever wanted. Chicago dogs are also great. Friendly staff and recognize me when I come in too. Took too long to leave a review but 5/5!

This place is a hidden gem! Reminds me of my years I spent in Chicago stopping at the Italian Beef shops on the weekends. They make the food fresh, great and fast service, and the owner is on top of it! Hope to see the community continue to support them!

By far the BEST Chicago dog I've ever every had. Everything is so so fresh and the staff are awesome and funny! Been here twice I two days and probably twice more before the week is through. Gyro and Italian beef are on point too!! So happy

January 2025: Today I got the “jumbo” Chicago hot dog along with cowboy bites. First time here. Nice clean restaurant and centrally located in downtown Muscatine. The hot dog was not only a not jumbo size, but it was smaller than a regular hotdog. It was very tasty though. The cowboy bites were a great addition. Those were very tasty and I got eight of them. Similar to like jalapeño poppers. For a hotdog dog and cowboy bites it came out to $18. Which I think is a bit overpriced for a small hotdog and some jalapeño bites. The restaurant was very clean and the gentleman working there was very nice and quick with service. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Just a bit pricey for what you get.
