Taco Bell

This location is the absolute slowest I have ever experienced. We stopped last night about 9pm and there was no one in the dining room when we arrived. The entire restaurant looked dirty and the women's bathroom was disgusting. I watched the whole crew making orders and it looked like they were moving in slow motion. It was actually bizarre to watch. We didn't even have a complicated or large order, and somehow they still managed to not put the chips in our bag for the chips and queso. The whole crew including managers need to be replaced. This location is the opposite of fast food

The restaurant was extremely dirty. The lobby needed to be swept and mopped. The restroom was also extremely dirty. There was paper towels on the floor and trash cans were filled with trash. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty also. I’m guessing night shift didn’t clean the restaurant last night.

We experienced a wait of nearly 30 minutes for our food. It appeared that drive-thru and Uber Eats orders were prioritized over in-lobby customers. This caused a sense of impatience among the customers waiting. The tables were very dirty, and the entire eating area was unclean. I had to wipe down our own tables and others for customers. The seating area was also quite small, which was disappointing. I was not impressed with the overall cleanliness and ambiance. I will not be returning.

This is the slowest taco bell for online orders such as Uber and door dash. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a very small uber eats order. While I waited I watch 3 employees prioritize the drive through while the online orders sat on the counter getting cold. Once something was said to the employees they finally got the orders out. If you can not handle the online orders in the process of orders please take your self off the list of online. You not only are serving cold food but you are making it hard on the drivers.
