Taco Bell

This place is a joke anymore, every time i go there i have to wait almost a HOUR in the drive-thru watched 7 cars leave because of the wait because they want to put door dash orders out before drive thru instead of hey lets do drive thru then door dash then drive thru... i sat at the window for 15 minutes each time. watch 2 workers just stand there instead of helping get on the line and get orders done. Ive worked fast food before i know how it works the workers there are just lazy and dont care...food is cold as can be by the time you get it.. its just a joke anymore. and they turn there TSP off so you cant see how long you actually waited.

The sign out front says “New GM.” I wish they had been there tonight, because I don’t think they would have been pleased with their new leadership. Around 10 people inside, and maybe 5 cars in the drive thru. The food still took over 25 minutes to come out. On top of this, as I waited inside the restaurant, at least half of the orders that were called were wrong or missing items. More staff, more training, and a better operation system is imperative if this location wants repeat business. On the plus side, the music and christmas decorations were very pleasant.

I got no cheese on my grilled cheese burrito and 2 items left out. Management is horrible and the employees are lazy Update. Went again, they left out nachos, burnt the chicken fingers so bad they were literally inedible. And on top of that the employee at the window complained they had to make too much food. Is that not their job?

Have waited in drive through for 30+ minutes, absolutely ridiculous for “fast food”. Only reason for one star is because can’t leave negative stars

Well me and my husband went in to eat after church during 3 days of worship at Cornerstone which was amazing but long so I was really hungry from not eating breakfast and church didn't let out till almost 12,but anyway we went in and there was no one at the counter to take our order until a girl got us on her way clocking out to go home. Then once we got our food I had ordered a side of jalapeños that I didn't get,so my husband went back up to the counter to let them know I needed my jalapeños, but no one ever came to help, they were busy at the window at the time but there were employees standing right there that could have simply asked what we needed or if everything was alright but not 1 employee went out of their way to help plus it wouldn't even have taken a min to dip out some jalape
