Taco Bell

Went at night close to closing time Jacob at the window was the BEST! Very easy to talk to, gave me my food SUPPER FAST, thanks to his team. No wait time what so ever compared to other places. 10/10 I chose taco bell over any other fast food place in Moscow, especially for the amazing customer service at the window from Jacob.

Every time I go to this restaurant and order a beefy five layer I am given the complete wrong order and give an a regular bean burrito. I have had this happen five times this year. I am 6 months pregnant and have cravings and expect to get my cravings when I order it. Would not recommend going here. Absolute bull crap.

Where is the thinking Taco Bell? Why remove the volcano quesarito? Why remove the crunch wrap sliders? The rolled chicken tacos? The people crave these items Taco Bell, you are losing money removing them from the menu and I hate you for taking these products away from us, and using them as a bargaining chip for our patronage. That being said this particular establishment is not responsible for the sins of the corporation, and they have always handled my orders flawlessly and with a smile, I only come back because of them. Be wary Taco Bell, any more missteps and I will be forced to leave this last bastion of tacos goodness, even if their service is immaculate

Somehow manage to never get the order right. Have been given full sugar sodas.When I needed zero sugar sodas. When told no lettuce, they've made a funny point to put 1 or 2 pieces of lettuce per item that is supposed to not have lettuce. When my husband is allergic to iceberg lettuce. I can't recount all The Times I've been given reheated food and it's just disgusting..

I really dislike the order kiosk and lack of interaction with TB employees. I stood at the counter almost 5 minutes after my food was put on the shelf, waiting for a cup for my combo meal drink. When someone did come to the counter, I was asked, 'What do you want?'. said I'd like a cup... 'Didn't you get one already?' Food-2 * It was Luke warm by the time I got a cup and sat down. Service-0 * Atmosphere-3 * Typical Taco Bell, dirty tables throught the seating area. It is very unlikely that I will 'inconvenience' the folks at this location again!
