I waited in line for over 20 mins ans the employees stood around talking about their personal life. I ordered my food through the mobile app which is the reason I didn’t leave. My order sat in the bag the entire time I waited once they decided to get to me after seeing me stand there I was handed my bag my food was cold and my fries looked half full and I asked for the food to be remade and was told that I would have to wait about 15 mins I decided to just warm my food up once I got home even though I was very hungry and ready to eat right away. This place will never get my business again.

All that money yall charged me for that cantina burrito and yall can't make it right?!?! I bet you a 7 year old can do better!! There's literally a receipt on the bag telling exactly how it's made...good management checking after employees smh. Extra chicken...no chicken at all...what's wrong with yall? No lettuce..yet Hella lettuce! Add cabbage..no damn cabbage...just lettuce and fries!! I didn't even see that's supposed to be on there and i didn't ask for ro be!! Reading the comments and There's some bad ones...management nor corporate care cause if they did someone would answer for the mess in a manner that it stopped. I am a vegetarian. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with black beans and sour cream on it. I was given a chicken quesadilla and by the time i realized I was too far from the restaurant to really do anything. I checked the receipt to make sure I did not make a mistake when ordering and I did not. So gross is meat.

I’ve never not had to wait less than 15 for my order. Went today and after waiting 15 min behind 2 cars I get to the window and a young kid greets me by telling me “hey just so you know it’s gonna take a long time” I said “okay…” to which he hands me a piece of paper with an email and says “if you’d like to complain you can email that email” to which I said “okay….. ?” 10 min goes by and he opens the window and says “who are you picking up for again?” And I say my name and he goes “okay .. that’s right..” with a blank stare and I go “do you need to see my receipt?” And he says “no I believe you are who you say you are” meanwhile I just wanted to make sure they don’t screw up my order which they’ve already done countless times. I’ve always had to wait here. That’s nothing new this Taco Bel

I was born in the United States, I currently live in the state of Connecticut, and I’m grateful everyday for all the freedoms we get to enjoy in this great country. One of the freedoms I enjoy the most is the right to receive free condiments when you order food from a restaurant.
